Introduction

Netra Narayan Paudel, a motivated entrepreneur hailing from Nepal, was born on April 6th, 1988 in Syangja. Currently residing in Kathmandu, he completed his education at Prithivi Narayan Campus in Pokhara. Netra has a diverse background, having worked as an assistant teacher, an EPS worker in South Korea, a journalist, and a social activist. His tenure as an EPS worker from 2013 to 2018 provided him with invaluable knowledge and experiences. Inspired by his time abroad, he established Aandhikhola Tours & Travels in 2015 while being a PES worker with an E-9 Visa in South Korea. Netra actively engages in various social organizations, holding significant positions such as the Non-Resident Nepali Association in South Korea, the Federation of Nepalese Journalists South Korea Branch, and several other active social groups. Returning to Nepal in 2018, he is determined to contribute to the country's development and inspire the younger generation as a role model in entrepreneurship. Netra's current focus is on empowering aspiring entrepreneurs and creating employment opportunities through his business ventures.

Career and Experiences:

Netra's career journey started as a Assistant teacher at BMG Higher Secondary School in Lekhnath and Dhaulagiri Secondary School in Hemja,Kaski where he taught for 33 months. In 2013, he ventured to South Korea as an EPS worker and worked in three different companies from June 2013 to April 2018. During his initial years in South Korea, he dedicated time to familiarizing himself with the Nepalese community and various social organizations, including the Non-Nepali Association (NRNA), the Federation of Nepalese Journalists, and district-level organizations. Netra actively worked as a journalist and actively participated in social organizations, making valuable contributions to the welfare of the Nepalese community. Furthermore, Netra and his team founded Sewak Nepal (sewaknepal.org) and serves as the Founder Campaigner. Additionally, he holds the position of Founder General Secretary of Arjunchaupari Kathmandu Samaj in Kathmandu.

Entrepreneurial Journey:

Netra's experience in South Korea ignited his entrepreneurial spirit, leading him to establish his own travel company named Aandhikhola Tours and Travels in 2015. Building upon his success, in 2019, he joined forces with Link Asia Tours Pvt Ltd in Kathmandu, expanding it into a group business known as Link Asia Group. Netra's entrepreneurial drive led him to establish more three companies besides Link Asia Tours . with three of them operating within the tourism sector under the umbrella of the LINK ASIA Group. The fourth company specializes in import-export and customs clearing and is a family-owned venture.This strategic merger has allowed Netra to further leverage his expertise and create synergies within the tourism industry. Together, these ventures provide employment opportunities for approximately 30 individuals.

Involvement in Social Organizations:

Netra actively engages in various social organizations, holding significant positions and making valuable contributions. He was elected as the Secretary of the Non-Resident Nepali Association, South Korea (NRNA, South Korea). Additionally, he has served as an Executive Member of the Federation of Nepalese Journalists and the Syangja Sahayog Samaj International Coordination Committee. In South Korea, he acted as the Media Coordinator/Assistant Treasurer of Sangja Family South Korea and participated as an Executive Member in the Hindu Awakening Campaign. Netra is also the Founder Campaigner of Sewak Nepal and currently serves as its secretary. Furthermore, he holds the position of Founder General Secretary of Arjunchaupari Kathmanduy Samaj in Kathmandu.

Netra has a deep passion for continuous learning, idea-sharing, and promoting youth entrepreneurship. One of his specific goals is to facilitate the export of Nepali goods and reduce the dependency on imports from abroad through his venture, Lumbini Impex and Customs Clearances. Together with his team at Link Asia Group, Netra is dedicated to creating employment opportunities and making a positive impact in Nepal. With their track record of four successful companies, they continue to grow and provide valuable services to their clients.
